The service
AdForge helps you create advertising (copy, images, video) and set up campaigns in your own Meta and TikTok ad accounts. Campaigns are created paused. You decide whether and when to switch them on, and you pay Meta and TikTok directly for ad spend.
Plans, credits and refunds
- Plans: Starter £49, Growth £99, Agency £199 per month. Each includes a monthly credit allowance that resets on renewal. Unused monthly credits do not roll over.
- Top-up credits you buy never expire and are kept when your allowance resets.
- Costs per action: copy 5, a batch of static ads 20, slideshow video 50, avatar video 200, campaign launch 10 credits.
- If an action fails, the credits are returned automatically. Credits for completed work are not refundable, but this does not affect your statutory rights.
- You can cancel at any time in Billing. Access continues to the end of the paid period.
Your responsibilities
- Everything you publish must be truthful and comply with the UK Advertising Codes (CAP/ASA), consumer law and the Meta and TikTok advertising policies. AI output can be wrong: check every ad before you switch it on.
- Only use testimonials from real customers who agreed. Do not use AI imagery to misrepresent your actual work, products or results.
- Only connect ad accounts you are authorised to use. Keep your login secure.
- Agencies are responsible for their clients' use of accounts they create and for having the right to run ads for them.
No guarantees
We do not promise any level of leads, sales or return on ad spend. Benchmarks shown in the product are rules of thumb, not guarantees. Third-party platforms can change or reject ads and features without notice, and we are not responsible for their decisions.
Liability and law
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Otherwise our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect loss. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
